1.1. Toysonly: The Toysonly online shop, registered in Spain.
1.2. Website: The Toysonly website, available at www.toysonly.eu and its subdomains.
1.3. Customer: A natural person placing an order for non-commercial purposes.
1.4. Agreement: Any contract between Toysonly and the Customer, of which these Terms form an integral part.

Article 2. Applicability of the General Terms and Conditions
2.1. These terms apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries by Toysonly, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by both parties.
2.2. If the Customer includes terms that conflict with these Terms and Conditions, such terms shall only be binding if Toysonly accepts them in writing.
2.3. In the event of a conflict between different terms, the provision most favourable to the Customer shall prevail.
Article 3. Prices and information
3.1. Unless otherwise stated, all prices include VAT and other applicable taxes.
3.2. Delivery charges will be applied in euros, and are free for orders over 100 euros in certain countries. These costs will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
3.3. Toysonly endeavours to keep the information on the website as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all details are up to date or accurate.
3.4. Toysonly is not responsible for any colour differences in products due to the Customer’s screen settings.
Article 4. Conclusion of an Agreement
4.1. The agreement is concluded when the Customer places an order and Toysonly confirms it.
4.2. Upon acceptance of the order, Toysonly will send an electronic confirmation.
4.3. If the Customer provides incorrect information, Toysonly reserves the right to cancel or delay the order.
4.4. Toysonly may refuse orders if it has reasonable grounds to suspect non-payment or fraud.
Article 5. Registration
5.1. Customers can register on the website to place orders more efficiently.
5.2. When registering, customers must create a secure username and password.
5.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep their login details confidential.
5.4. If they suspect that their login details have been misused, they must notify Toysonly immediately.
Article 6. Delivery
6.1. Toysonly will deliver the products to the address provided by the Customer within 5 working days, unless otherwise notified.
6.2. Toysonly uses external transport companies for deliveries.
6.3. If it is not possible to deliver the products within the agreed timeframe, the Customer may choose a new delivery date or cancel the order at no extra cost.
6.4. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer upon delivery.
Article 7. Warranty and Conformity
7.1. Toysonly guarantees that the products comply with the specifications stated on the website.
7.2. If the product does not comply with the terms of the agreement, the Customer must notify Toysonly within 15 days.
7.3. Toysonly will refund the cost of the defective product once the claim has been verified.
Article 8. Complaints procedure
8.1. Complaints may be sent to Toysonly by email or post using the contact details provided below.
8.2. Toysonly will respond to complaints within a maximum of 2 working days.
Article 9. Protection of personal data
9.1. Toysonly will process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at www.toysonly.eu/politica-de-privacidad.
Article 10. Final provisions
10.1. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
10.2. All disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Málaga, Spain.
10.3. If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
10.4. The term “in writing” includes electronic communications such as emails.
